In the art of Wu Wei, I play with techniques that involves leaving the knowledge of technique at home. My obsession with the outside reflecting inside takes me back to contact sports I used to do, Muay Thai or Thai boxing. One of these movements incorporates a high kick and a strong punch, but the effort is in the vibration afterwards, not at point of contact.
